Chapter 4 covers audience and tone, building a visual identity, finding your early adopters, and making social media and email work for youÂ
Chapter 5 covers assembling a leadership team that shares the load, running meetings people actually look forward to, recruiting and keeping great volunteers, handling a modest budget, and turning your neighbours' wins into compelling case studies. Â
